HOW TO REGISTER YOUR DOG WITH THE NNRBA

 Please fill out as much of the registration form as possible (see Form Below) and send two pictures of your dog in by e-mail or postal mail (see Photo Instructions below).

Dog Registration: Certificate/Pedigree
Electronic Form-this form can be filled out online.
Print Form-this form can be printed out and mailed.
Short Print Form-this form can be printed out and mailed if you only have the Sire and Dam's information.

Photo Instructions:
Please submit by email or postal mail two clear 3x5 or 4x6 photos showing the front and side view of the entire dog standing. Or one showing him as a puppy and one as an adult. These photos must accompany your application, are used on the dogs registration certificate and will become the property of the NNRBA.

Litter Registration:
(Both parents must be registered with the NNRBA before you can register a litter.)

These forms allow you to register your litters online and print out your own puppy registration forms. Once your litter form is submitted, you will receive your litter registration numbers via email to be inserted on the forms you print out. Puppy Registration Forms

Printable Litter Application
Litter Print Form-this form can be printed out and mailed.
Puppy registrations will be mailed to you. $2.00 MAILING FEE per litter application.
Record Of Litter - Use this form to keep track of all the puppies in your litters.

Supplemental Transfers:
Any time a dog or puppy changes owners before it is registered a supplemental transfer is required to verify this transfer. Supplemental Transfer Print Form
