|Newly Created is the significant changing of a breed or the breeding of two or more breeds together until you create dogs that are capable of breeding true, usually requiring 3-10 generations to accomplish this. Capabilities such as working, hunting and guarding are often targeted.Hybrids are the results of the crossing of two pure breeds. Some commonly crossed breeds are Poodle to Cocker Spaniel (Cockapoo), Pit Bull Terrier to Mastiffs creating the (Bandogs) and Wolf Hybrid. These crosses are intended for the individuals pleasure or to enhance or stablize the species.

To determine ownership of any breed that is registered with this association.
To make any decision that will bring harmony with all it's NNRBA certificate holders.
The NNRBA will notify those individuals affected by the above. If affected
parties cannot be
contacted, any matter held in dispute will be rectified by the NNRBA.
